Dr. Hazel Zoula was a scientist who worked at the New York base with Vladimir Dietrik. She was responsible for monitoring the experiments such as Zara and Viper. She became a sworn enemy of Dietrik after he kidnapped Viper and attempted to clone her. (Zero Hour)
