Thus Spoke Zenarchis is Dragonstorm's mission statement. It is a short pamphlet written by Johnson Zenarchis detailing the goals and ideology behind Dragonstorm. It is kept secret from all but the elite members.

Keegan O'Neil managed to procure a copy during his time at University of California, Three Rivers and used it to craft his plan to join the club. (Nietzsche's Soldiers 3) Years later, Rudyard Shelton read it off of a disc James Zanasiu found. According to the disc, Dragonstorm's core goal is "continuing Pelvanida's genius while overcoming the flimsy moral issues of the mainstream staff." (Darwin's Soldiers)
