the VIP was an otherwise-unnamed individual, a representative from Canada who was to negotiate the selling of the Spectrum rifle to Pelvanida Research Base. He was killed by Dragonstorm guards along with one of his bodyguards, Sam Cardon. the other guard, Frederick Clyco, survived. (Survival of the Fittest)
